Classes are held morning or afternoon at either Morley Field and Trolley Barn park in San Diego and focus on fun and fitness.

Classes are taught by a fellow mom and long time dancer who picked up a hoop to amuse herself while her son played at the park and six months later had lost 30 pounds. Sharing this fun way of rehabilitating the core has become a passion! Don't think you can hoop? We use special adult sized hoops that are specially made for fitness and tricks. Hoops are also available for purchase so you can play at home! This is not your mother's hula hoop, but you can still be a hoop mama! The first class is free, so you have nothing to lose, except the what you want to!
